As a traveling service technician, you will cover multiple commercial sites across locations such as Raleigh, Wilmington, and Roanoke. Your primary responsibilities include control wiring, setting up HVAC equipment, restarting systems, and possibly brazing. The role offers flexibility in transportation — you’ll hop on a company vehicle (not driving) or drive your own to different project sites. Lodging is provided, along with a $25 per diem when traveling outside the local area. This position involves primarily travel and local work, with a pathway to direct hire. Job Title: Traveling HVAC Technicians
Pay Rate: $25 - $35 and $25 Per Diem

Scope of Work

• Perform control wiring on HVAC systems
• Set up and restart HVAC equipment in commercial buildings
• Conduct brazing as needed
• Travel between multiple project sites in North Carolina and Virginia, including lodging arrangements
• Work independently or with minimal supervision on various HVAC projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience required
• Experience in control wiring, brazing, and HVAC setup
• Willingness to travel extensively within North Carolina and southern Virginia
• Valid driver’s license or transportation to local sites
