Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman
Pay Rate: $32 - $40
Location: Fayetteville, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 8s (6:30am start time)

SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead and direct daily activities for sheet metal mechanics and helpers
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Perform layout and oversee commercial ductwork installation
• Coordinate HVAC installation with other trades and field leadership
• Track project progress and communicate manpower needs
• Troubleshoot installation and field issues
• Maintain crew productivity and project schedules
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Strong commercial ductwork installation and layout knowledge
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications
• Ability to independently perform layout
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead mechanics and helpers
• Reliable transportation and required sheet metal hand tools
• Dependable attendance and strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with field leadership and crew members

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred – opportunity to lead Spanish-speaking crew members as the project grows
• Healthcare construction experience
• Lift certification
• Fall protection certification
