POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Carpenter
Pay Rate: $25 - $30
Location: New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Perform commercial carpentry and carpentry helper tasks
• Assemble and install various types of formwork
• Operate lull, boom lift, and scissor lifts
• Read basic blueprints to identify dimensions and elevations
• Use lasers for plumbing walls
• Direct and manage assigned laborers, helpers, and carpenters
• Signal cranes using proper hand and English verbal signals

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Bring and properly use required carpentry tools, including a framing square, crescent wrench, mag float, 100-foot tape measure, and construction calculator.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand basic blueprint reading and construction measurements.
• Safely operate required lifts and equipment.
• Communicate effectively on the jobsite.

NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
