POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Carpenter
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour
Location: Belle Glade, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 AM
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Assemble and install various types of formwork.
• Read basic blueprints to identify dimensions and elevations.
• Use lasers for plumbing walls.
• Safely operate lull, boom lift, and scissor lifts.
• Direct and coordinate one to three assigned laborers, helpers, or carpenters.
• Signal cranes using approved hand signals and English verbal signals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Demonstrated experience performing carpenter duties and related construction work.
• Ability to report to work daily and arrive on time.
• Ability to provide and use required hand tools, including a framing square, crescent wrench, mag float, 100-foot tape measure, and construction calculator.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively on the job.
• Consistent work history is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.
