Job Title: Carpenter
Pay Rate: $20 - $25
Location: Tavares, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Demolish existing walls.
• Read and interpret construction blueprints.
• Frame new walls correctly according to plans.
• Install steel doors.
• Use drills, drywall saws, levels, and hammers.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 4 years of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with commercial carpentry, wall framing, and steel door installation.
• Must provide required information for site access processing.
• Must complete required video training and fingerprinting.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
