POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay Rate: $15 - $20
Location: New Smyrna Beach, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, starting at 7:00 a.m.
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Chip and grind concrete.
• Install X-plugs and patch tie holes.
• Sweep, stack, and clean materials.
• Drive stakes for formwork.
• Safely operate a scissor lift when assigned.
• Maintain tools and company equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Report to work on time each day and maintain reliable attendance.
• Follow safety directions, required PPE procedures, and jobsite training.
• Bring and properly use required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.
• Work consistently, remain on assigned tasks, and follow directions.
• Maintain a professional attitude and work effectively with others.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are helpful but not required.
