Job Title: Construction Laborer
Pay Rate: $15 - $20
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM

SCOPE OF WORK

• Chip and grind concrete.
• Install X-plugs and patch tie holes.
• Sweep, stack, and clean materials.
• Drive stakes for formwork.
• Safely operate a scissor lift.
• Care for company equipment and assigned tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Bring and use required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.
• Report to work reliably and on time.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and directions.
• Travel to varying job locations and return home daily.
