Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM

SCOPE OF WORK

• Chip and grind concrete.
• Install X-plugs and patch tie holes.
• Sweep, stack, and organize materials.
• Drive stakes for formwork.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Safely operate a scissor lift when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Bring required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and consistent performance are required.
• Follow safety procedures, use required PPE, and comply with training and direction.
• Ability to safely operate a scissor lift.

NICE TO HAVE

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Experience with concrete, formwork, or construction cleanup.
