Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Five eight-hour shifts; 7:00 a.m. start time

SCOPE OF WORK

• Chip and grind concrete.
• Install X-plugs and patch tie holes.
• Sweep, stack, and clean materials.
• Drive stakes for formwork.
• Maintain assigned work areas and stay on task.
• Safely operate a scissor lift.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).
• Bring and use required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.
• Arrive on time every day and maintain dependable attendance.
• Follow safety directions, PPE requirements, and job-specific training.
• Work well with others, maintain a positive attitude, and follow instructions.
• Safely operate a scissor lift.

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
