Job Title: TIG Welders
Pay Rate: $22 - $30
Location: Greensboro, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Mon to Fri
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Weld stainless steel and carbon steel pipe using TIG process
• Perform full 6G position welding on carbon steel pipe
• Maintain clean and consistent root passes with proper technique
• Manage heat input and interpass temperatures according to specifications
• Use argon purge gas to prevent oxidation inside welds
• Read and interpret weld symbols, isometric drawings, and pipe schematics

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• TIG welding experience on pipe, stainless steel, and carbon steel
• Ability to perform root passes and maintain weld quality
• Ability to read weld symbols and schematics
• Clean, consistent welding skills and proper thermal management
