Work Scope:
Construction Laborers will be working on a hospital project in Gainesville, FL, supporting site supervision, subcontractors, and daily operations.

Responsibilities include:
• Handling general cleaning services throughout hospital project areas
• Assisting onsite staff with installing plastic dust containment walls
• Installing floor and wall protection
• Receiving and unloading deliveries
• Opening doors for subcontractors and assisting with site access
• Attending the weekly onsite safety meeting
• Performing miscellaneous duties under the direction of the Site Superintendent and Safety Officer, including:
– Draining and filling freshwater tanks
– Dumping trash
– Maintaining project restrooms

All tools and materials will be provided; however, each laborer must bring their own OSHA-required PPE.
Note: The onsite Safety Officer does perform PPE and site safety checks.

Construction Laborer Requirements:
• Prior construction labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow direction and work safely in a hospital environment
• Must bring OSHA-required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and professionalism
