Work Scope:
Commercial Journeyman Plumbers will be working on a commercial project in Avon, IN.
We’re looking for a solid, experienced plumber who can work independently, read blueprints, and follow layout instructions accurately.

Job duties include installing fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drains, as well as working with copper, PVC, and cast-iron systems. Plumbers must be proficient in rough-in, top-out, and finish phases, and confidently perform copper sweating, PVC gluing, and black iron threading.

All candidates must pass a background check (BGC) and drug test (DT) prior to starting.

Plumber Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Must be able to read blueprints and follow layout independently
• Proficient in copper, PVC, and cast-iron systems
• Skilled in fixture installation, water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems
• Competent in rough-in, top-out, and finish work
• Must be able to sweat copper, glue PVC, and thread black iron
• Must pass background check and drug test (BGC & DT)
• Must provide own tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and dependability
