CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Lead Plumbers for a high-profile industrial/commercial project in Indianapolis, IN. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for seasoned professionals with experience managing teams and installing complex underground and rough-in plumbing systems.

If you have a background in trench drains, underground below-slab work, and rough-ins — and you’re ready to lead from the front — we want to talk to you.

Project Duties Include:

• Installing, repairing, and testing commercial plumbing systems

• Leading and mentoring a plumbing crew onsite

• Performing underground piping, trench drain installation, and below-slab work

• Rough-in layout and fixture setting

• Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades

• Ensuring all work meets project specs and safety requirements

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical layouts

Requirements:

• Multiple years of heavy industrial or commercial plumbing experience

• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising crews

• Skilled in underground, trench drain, and rough-in work

• Must have own hand tools and standard PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, steel-toe boots)

• Must be able to read and work from blueprints

• Reliable transportation required

• Background check and drug test required before start
