Work Scope:
The Commercial Plumber – Foreman will oversee plumbing operations across three active commercial projects in the Indianapolis area (primarily in Hamilton County). The candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials, supervising plumbing crews, coordinating with the office and superintendent, and ensuring quality work and project efficiency.

This role includes reporting to the office, communicating between field and management, occasionally dropping off materials, and managing day-to-day field operations. The foreman will drive a company vehicle and is expected to demonstrate leadership, organization, and professionalism on and off the job site.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead plumbing crews on multiple active job sites
• Purchase and manage materials for each project
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing specifications
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and the office
• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality control standards
• Deliver materials to job sites as needed
• Oversee scheduling, field reporting, and communication between teams
• Ensure projects remain on time and within scope

Foreman Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including foreman or leadership roles
• Skilled in layout, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems
• Proficient in reading prints, coordinating crews, and managing multiple projects
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings
• Must have a valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Strong focus on safety, communication, and quality workmanship
