Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Sheet Metal Technicians for a commercial project in Wichita Falls, TX. We’re looking for skilled, dependable techs who can hit the ground running to complete HVAC duct and unit installation safely and efficiently.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running and installing ductwork according to project specifications

• Performing thermal wiring to units

• Setting VRV units on curbs

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and layouts

• Working 5-7 day weeks, 10–12 hour shifts as needed

• Following all site safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial sheet metal/HVAC experience

• Must have proven experience with duct installation, thermal wiring, and unit setting

• Must have own hand tools, impact drill, and full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
