CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Field Service HVAC Technician for a traveling position supporting job sites between Fort Worth and Weatherford, TX. The technician will handle field service work for fracking units, rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, and provide basic boiler support. You’ll need to be experienced, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple locations.

This is a great fit for someone based in or near Aledo, TX, with the flexibility to travel between jobsites and deliver high-level HVAC service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Service and troubleshoot fracking HVAC units in the field

• Perform maintenance and repairs on RTUs, standard chillers, and general commercial HVAC equipment

• Basic boiler diagnostics and maintenance

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

• Communicate with site supervisors and maintain jobsite safety

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of HVAC service experience (field work preferred)

• Experience with RTUs, chillers, and fracking units

• Basic boiler knowledge

• EPA certification required, OSHA 10/30 is a plus

• Must own tools, full PPE, and have reliable transportation

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Willingness to travel between Fort Worth and Weatherford, TX

• Ability to work independently and maintain a 40+ hour schedule
