Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Sheet Metal Foreman, Journeymen, and a Helper for a commercial project in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled sheet metal techs who can work efficiently and safely on phased work — starting with ductwork, then moving to equipment installation.

Work Scope Includes:

• First wave: Installing all duct board with flex duct runs

• Foreman will read and interpret blueprints, direct work, and coordinate with crew

• Journeymen will build duct plenums and assist with ductwork layout under foreman direction

• Helper will assist the journeymen and foreman as needed

• Work will continue in 2-week waves: ductwork first, then equipment installation

• Maintaining a clean and safe jobsite while following all safety protocols

Requirements:

• Foreman: Proven experience reading blueprints and managing a small sheet metal crew

• Journeymen: Experience building duct plenums and installing ductwork

• Helper: Some HVAC or sheet metal experience preferred; must be willing to learn and follow directions

• Must have own sheet metal tools, hand tools, and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
