CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for a short-term project in Lake Panasoffkee, FL. This opportunity runs from July 3rd through July 6th, with additional site access requirements starting later. Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome.

? JLA badging will only be needed after August 1st

Job Duties:

• Install, assemble, and secure HVAC ductwork and equipment

• Read and follow blueprints, specs, and layout drawings

• Assist with final connections, testing, and troubleshooting

• Maintain a safe and clean jobsite at all times

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVAC mechanic

• Basic hand tools and PPE required (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Spanish speakers welcome

• Must be able to work the full project duration: July 3rd – July 6th

• Able to pass site requirements for JLA badging if continuing after August 1st

• Must remain drug-free and pass any site screening if required
