Work Scope
Pipe Welders will be working on commercial projects in Austin, TX.

Duties include:

• Performing 6010/7018 stick welding on carbon steel pipe

• Welding pipe in multiple positions, including 6G

• Working from prints, weld symbols, and jobsite direction

• Maintaining quality welds that meet inspection standards

• Following all site safety and quality control procedures

Commercial Pipe Welder Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of commercial pipe welding experience

• 6010/7018 stick welding experience on carbon steel pipe required

• Must have a valid 6G certification or be able to pass a 6G weld test

• OSHA-10 required (OSHA-30 preferred)

• Fluent English speakers preferred

• Must bring required welding tools and PPE

• ALL PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Background check and drug test required
