CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a long-term project in Troy, NC, starting March 2026. This role is ideal for skilled tradesmen with commercial, industrial, or shipyard welding experience who value precision, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and copper-nickel piping systems using MMA (Stick), TIG, CW (Cold Wire), and flux-core processes.

• Read and interpret blueprints, ISO drawings, and weld symbols.

• Prepare, align, and tack pipe for welding; ensure welds meet high-quality standards under inspection.

• Work in confined spaces, elevated areas, and various site conditions while following all safety protocols.

• Collaborate with pipefitters, foremen, and project supervisors to maintain schedule and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of pipe welding experience in commercial, industrial, or shipyard settings.

• Proficient in multiple welding processes (Stick, TIG, CW, flux-core).

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.

• Strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; must pass drug screen and background check.
