Work Scope:

Journeyman Plumbers will be working on a school remodel project, responsible for changing out commercial cabinet unit heaters and performing related plumbing and mechanical work. Candidates must have strong commercial plumbing experience, be able to work independently, and follow all site safety standards. A background check is required prior to starting.

Plumber Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Experience with school or institutional projects preferred
• Skilled in installing, replacing, and connecting commercial fixtures and heating units
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work independently
• Must provide own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality workmanship
