Job Overview:
CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Sheet Metal Technician Helpers for a commercial project in Tampa, FL. This is a great opportunity for helpers with some sheet metal or HVAC experience who want to learn and grow while supporting a skilled team.

Work Scope Includes:

• First wave: Assisting with installing duct board and flex duct runs

• Supporting journeymen in building and installing duct plenums under the direction of the foreman

• Carrying materials, setting up work areas, and helping maintain a clean site

• Following directions and learning on the job as work progresses in 2-week waves (ductwork first, then equipment installation)

• Following all safety protocols on site

Requirements:

• Some experience with sheet metal or HVAC work preferred

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses, work boots)

• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow with the crew

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work safely and follow instructions from the foreman and journeymen
