POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Electrical Helpers
Pay Rate: $24-$35
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5, 10-hour days with 1 8-hour day, starting at 6 AM
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Perform Spotter duties as assigned
• Assist experienced electrical workers with daily installation activities
• Lift, carry, and stage materials
• Dig and trench as required
• Assist with excavation activities
• Perform drilling, cutting, and sawing
• Climb ladders and access work areas as required
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and perform cleanup
• Move tools, equipment, and electrical materials
• Assist with basic electrical construction tasks
• Follow direction from foreman and/or superintendent
• Maintain awareness of surrounding equipment and personnel while performing duties
• Follow all project safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical or construction experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Must be comfortable performing physical construction work
• Ability to follow directions and assist more experienced employees
• Dependable attendance and strong safety awareness required
