POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Pay Rate: $58-$62/hour
Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 10s and an 8
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Provide day-to-day supervision of electrical crews
• Assign work and monitor productivity and quality
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints and drawings
• Coordinate and install conduit and cable tray
• Coordinate and set up large cable pulls
• Install switchgear, distribution panels, and transformers
• Install fire alarm and control systems
• Perform hands-on electrical installation as needed
• Coordinate work with the Superintendent and other trades
• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 8 years of experience required
• Foreman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience supervising electrical crews
• Strong conduit and cable tray experience
• Experience coordinating large cable pulls
• Experience with switchgear, panels, and transformers
• Ability to read blueprints and perform layout
• Must be comfortable working alongside the crew
• Journeyman-level electrical skills
• Iowa Class A Journeyman Electrical License preferred – qualifies candidate for $62/hour rate
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and report to the Superintendent
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
