CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring HVAC Install Helpers for a large multi-family project (300 units) in Springfield, OH. We are looking for helpers with at least 6 months of duct installation experience who can assist mechanics and stay productive on a fast-paced jobsite.

Pay Rate
$16 - $19 /hr

Work Scope Includes

• Assisting with installation and hanging of HVAC duct systems
• Working on multi-family apartment units
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing duct sections
• Supporting mechanics with layout and installation
• Staging materials and tools for HVAC crews
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of HVAC duct installation experience REQUIRED
• Experience working on multi-family projects preferred
• Ability to follow direction and work with a crew
• Must bring basic sheet metal hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Spanish-speaking candidates welcome (must be able to interpret basic English)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
