Work Scope Includes

• Assisting with installation and hanging of HVAC duct systems
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing sheet metal materials
• Supporting mechanics with layout and installation
• Staging materials and tools for HVAC crews
• Assisting with duct assembly and connections
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements

• Sheet metal or HVAC helper experience preferred
• Experience assisting with duct installation is a plus
• Ability to follow direction and work with a crew
• Must bring basic sheet metal hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
