POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Industrial Pipefitters
Pay Rate: $26 - $31
Location: Newport News, VA
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Schedule: Mon to Thu 10 hrs (6:00 AM–4:30 PM)
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Fit stainless steel and carbon steel pipe in an industrial or shipyard setting
• Perform layout, alignment, and fit-up for welding
• Prepare pipes for welding and ensure proper fit-up
• Follow safety procedures and use required PPE
• Perform live skills tests at Gibson’s shop before deployment

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Ability to perform under a live skills test
• Background check required for shipyard access (process takes approximately 2 weeks)
