Plumbing Foreman – Fayetteville, NC

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring an experienced Plumbing Foreman for an immediate commercial healthcare project in Fayetteville, NC. We are seeking a strong field leader who can effectively run a plumbing crew, plan and lay out work, maintain productivity, and ensure installations are completed safely and according to project drawings and specifications.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Pay Rate: $32–$40/hour

Schedule: 5x8s | 40 Hours Per Week

SCOPE OF WORK

• Lead and direct daily activities for plumbers, pipefitters, and apprentices
• Assign work and keep crew members productive throughout the shift
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Perform field layout and oversee plumbing and piping installations
• Coordinate underground, rough-in, overhead, and finish plumbing work
• Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality requirements
• Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve field conflicts
• Coordinate plumbing activities with other trades and field leadership
• Track project progress and communicate manpower and material needs
• Maintain crew productivity and help keep work on schedule
• Inspect completed work and address quality concerns
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of trade experience
• At least 5 years of commercial plumbing/piping experience
• Previous Plumbing Foreman or Lead experience required
• Strong plumbing and piping layout skills
• Experience with underground, rough-in, overhead, and finish installations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing layouts
• Strong troubleshooting and field problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead plumbers, mechanics, and apprentices
• Ability to coordinate work with other trades and field supervision
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training (CCS will provide)
• Required plumbing/piping hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong leadership skills
• Professional communication with crew members and project leadership
