SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead and direct daily activities for plumbers, pipefitters, and apprentices
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Perform layout and oversee plumbing/piping installations
• Coordinate underground, rough-in, and finish work
• Troubleshoot installation and field issues
• Coordinate with other trades and field leadership
• Track progress and communicate manpower needs
• Maintain crew productivity and project schedules
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Strong plumbing/piping layout skills
• Experience with underground, rough-in, and finish installations
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively lead mechanics and apprentices
• Reliable transportation and required plumbing/piping hand tools
• Dependable attendance and strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with field leadership and crew members

IDEAL CANDIDATE
A seasoned commercial Plumbing/Piping Foreman who can independently run a crew, perform layout, troubleshoot field issues, and keep installations moving safely and efficiently. Bilingual English/Spanish is a major plus as additional Spanish-speaking workers may be added to the crew.
