SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead welding foremen, craft professionals, and subcontractors, assigning daily tasks and monitoring workforce productivity
• Enforce strict job site safety rules, conduct safety meetings, and ensure adherence to industry standards like AWS, ASME, and API
• Oversee weld inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and compliance with welding procedure specifications (WPS)
• Manage welding schedules, material tracking, and resolve technical setbacks
• Lead hydronic piping crews on welding activities

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• 7+ years in industrial welding operations, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Deep expertise in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and understanding code books (such as ASME Section IX, AWS D1.1)
• Preferred credentials include Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or AWS Certified Welding Supervisor
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and cross-functional communication abilities
• Must have experience leading hydronic piping crews on the welding side
