Job Title: Electrical Foreman/Superintendent
Pay Rate: $35-$40

SCOPE OF WORK
• Lead, direct, and coordinate electrical crews, including Mechanics and Helpers
• Assign daily work and ensure understanding of expectations and safety requirements
• Review and interpret electrical and construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee installation of electrical panels, transformers, disconnects, switchboards, and conduit systems
• Monitor work quality, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with NEC and project standards
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve conflicts in the field
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve their skills and productivity
• Ensure materials and tools are available for scheduled work
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment
• Coordinate with project management and other trades to meet project deadlines

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial electrical experience required
• Previous experience leading electrical crews, Mechanics, and Helpers required
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and construction documents
• Must possess OSHA 10 and NFPA 70E training (CCS will provide)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Reliable transportation and ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at elevated heights safely
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
