Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Pay Rate: $26 - $32
Location: Nashville, TN
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 5 8s, 7 AM start
Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electrical systems
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and electrical layouts
• Bend and install conduit and raceway systems
• Pull wire and cable through conduit
• Install electrical equipment, fixtures, boxes, and devices
• Install and connect circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and other components
• Perform electrical terminations and equipment connections
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using meters and testing equipment
• Test circuits for continuity, proper operation, and safety
• Identify electrical hazards, defects, and necessary repairs
• Perform layout based on project specifications and electrical codes
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated areas as required
• Assist with underground conduit and trenching when needed

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Commercial electrical experience required
• Mechanic/Journeyman-level electrical skills
• Strong conduit bending and installation experience
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and layouts
• Experience pulling wire and making electrical connections
• Troubleshooting and electrical testing experience
• Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and safe work practices
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Reliable transportation and capable of reporting to various projects throughout Nashville
• Required electrical hand tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform physically demanding electrical construction work
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, and elevated areas
