POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Utility Equipment Operators (Bulldozer & Backhoe) Temp to Perm

Pay Range: $30 - $35

Location: Hubbard, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 8's

Start Time: 7 AM

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

* Operate bulldozers, backhoes, and trucks for grading, excavation, and utility installation

* Conduct site work and digging activities as directed

* Follow safety procedures and use required PPE (CCS will provide)

* Assist with ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met

* Maintain heavy equipment and report any issues promptly

* Coordinate with ground personnel and supervisors as needed

REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum of 5 years of experience required

* Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)

* Ability to operate at least one of the following: trucks, bulldozers, or backhoes

* Certification in heavy equipment operation preferred

* Reliable transportation to jobsite

* Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime if needed
