SCOPE OF WORK
• Install commercial water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install PVC, copper, cast iron, and steel piping
• Install commercial plumbing fixtures, floor drains, grease traps, and water heaters
• Perform rough-in and finish plumbing
• Assist with pressure testing, inspections, and system start-ups
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and plumbing layouts
• Move and stage materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 5 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Active Journeyman Plumbing License or Apprentice Plumbing License depending on classification
• Strong commercial plumbing experience
• Ability to perform installations with limited supervision
• Experience with multiple piping materials and commercial fixtures
• Ability to read plumbing prints and layouts
• Reliable transportation and required plumbing hand tools
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct
• Must follow all OSHA, client, and site-specific safety requirements
