CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring experienced Journeyman Plumbers for an immediate commercial project in Dallas, TX. This project is located near an occupied school, so professionalism, safety, and maintaining a clean work environment are especially important. We are seeking experienced commercial plumbers who can perform rough-in through finish plumbing with limited supervision.

POSITION DETAILS

Pay Rate: $32–$36/hour

Schedule: 5x8s | 40 Hours Per Week

SCOPE OF WORK

• Install commercial water supply, drainage, waste, and vent systems
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install PVC, copper, cast iron, and steel piping
• Perform commercial plumbing rough-in and finish work
• Install plumbing fixtures, floor drains, grease traps, and water heaters
• Install hangers, supports, valves, fittings, and associated plumbing components
• Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and layouts
• Assist with pressure testing, inspections, and system startups
• Troubleshoot installation and field issues as needed
• Move and stage plumbing materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, particularly around the occupied school environment
• Follow all project and site-specific safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience
• Active Journeyman Plumbing License required
• Strong commercial plumbing installation experience
• Experience with PVC, copper, cast iron, and steel piping
• Experience performing both rough-in and finish plumbing
• Ability to read and work from plumbing blueprints and layouts
• Ability to perform installations with limited supervision
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training (CCS will provide)
• Must successfully complete required site badging
• Reliable transportation
• Required plumbing hand tools
• Dependable attendance and professional jobsite conduct
