SCOPE OF WORK
• Install and fit out each floor of a five-story dormitory
• Work in laundry, mechanical rooms, and mop closets
• Install plumbing fixtures and fittings in a commercial setting
• Use Pro Press fittings and PEX piping for plumbing systems
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety standards

REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Experience with Pro Press fittings and PEX in a commercial environment
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
