Scope of Work

• Perform carbon steel pipe welding using stick (SMAW) with all-position techniques
• Properly fit-up and tack weld pipes before full weld passes
• Complete root pass, fill, and cap on carbon steel pipes
• Read weld symbols and pipe schematics accurately
• Self-inspect welds for quality and consistency
• Maintain clean, code-quality welds in tight spaces

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience required
• Extensive experience with carbon steel pipe welding and all-position welding
• Ability to read schematics and weld symbols
• Self-inspect weld quality and ensure code compliance
• Reliable and capable of working in confined spaces
