Position Details
Job Title: Electrical Foremen - Commercial/Industrial/Institutional
Pay Rate: $25 - $35
Location: McKinney, Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 56 hours per week

Scope of Work

• Supervise and perform electrical wiring duties in commercial, industrial, and institutional settings
• Read blueprints and coordinate conduit and cable tray installation
• Set up large cable pulls, install switchgear, distribution panels, transformers, fire alarm, and control systems
• Manage daily supervision of electrical crews
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards on site
• Perform general electrical tasks related to construction operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate large-scale electrical installations
• Valid electrical certification
