SCOPE OF WORK
* Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project
* Create and update critical path schedules
* Review vendor and subcontractor schedules for accuracy and coordination
* Track project progress and compare actual performance against projections
* Identify schedule impacts, delays, and potential risks
* Participate in look-ahead planning and project progress meetings
* Prepare schedule reports for project teams and leadership
* Assist with processing RFIs and Change Orders
* Review customer drawings and specifications to support project planning
* Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Quality Managers

REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum of 5 years of experience required
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project
* Experience creating and maintaining Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules
* Understanding of RFIs, Change Orders, and project documentation
* Experience coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
* Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
