Plumbing Foreman – Data Center Project
Location: Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay Range: $35 – $45/hour

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen for a large-scale data center project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is a direct hire opportunity for strong field leaders who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep production moving on a fast-paced commercial jobsite.

Position Overview:
The Plumbing Foreman will lead a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters within a designated section of the project. This role requires hands-on experience in commercial plumbing systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate daily work while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of 10–15 plumbers/pipefitters
• Oversee installation of PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems
• Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations
• Assist with installation and coordination of water chiller systems
• Perform and maintain QA/QC standards across all work
• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings
• Coordinate daily tasks and manpower with project leadership
• Report progress, issues, and needs directly to Superintendents
• Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or industrial projects
• Experience leading crews of 10–15 workers
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems
• Experience with QA/QC processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
