Sheet Metal Superintendent – Dallas/Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $70,000 – $110,000/year

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Superintendent for large-scale commercial and industrial projects in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This is a direct hire opportunity for a high-level field leader who has managed major projects such as schools, hospitals, data centers, or similar large commercial builds.

We are looking for candidates who have experience leading large crews of 50+ field personnel. This is not a role for individuals who have only managed small teams.

Position Overview:
The Sheet Metal Superintendent will oversee all field operations related to sheet metal installation, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills across multiple trades and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large field crews (50+ workers) on commercial/industrial projects
• Oversee sheet metal installation including ductwork and related systems
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and workflow with project teams
• Communicate directly with General Contractors, project managers, and field leadership
• Plan manpower, schedules, and project execution strategies
• Manage material orders, deliveries, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections and address issues proactively

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or industrial projects
• Strong background in sheet metal/ductwork systems
• Experience managing large crews (50+ workers)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and project plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating with GCs and multiple trades
• Reliable and professional with a strong safety mindset
