Job Title: Commercial Carpenters - Metal Framers
Pay Rate: $25 - $30

Scope of Work

• Build new and remodel existing commercial projects
• Metal framing and drywall installation
• Travel within Brevard County and surrounding areas
• Perform general carpentry tasks using a variety of hand and power tools

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required
• Expertise in metal stud framing and drywall installation
• Ability to work full time hours and travel as needed
• Must possess own tools listed below
• Must pass background screening as required for projects
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills

• drywall experience is a bonus, as the company specializes in framing and drywall work
• Bilingual in Spanish is acceptable

Other Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Must own the necessary hand tools: framing square, tape measure, utility knife, hammer, chalk line, level, speed square, hand saw
• Must own or have access to power tools: circular saw, miter saw, drill/driver, nail gun, impact driver, reciprocating saw, laser level
• Use of safety equipment including hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, gloves, and fall protection
