Position Details

• Full time opportunity

• Minimum 40 hours per week

• Commercial construction environment

• Team based jobsite

Scope of Work

• Install VAV boxes

• Install dampers and fire smoke dampers

• Install diffusers and grilles

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings

• Read layout and install duct runs

• Operate lifts for overhead installation

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

We are hiring Journeyman Sheet Metal Mechanics with at least 6 years of experience who can install duct systems and components while maintaining production on commercial HVAC projects.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 6 years of commercial HVAC or sheet metal experience

• Experience installing VAV boxes, dampers, diffusers, and grilles

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and duct layouts

• Experience using lifts on jobsite

• Own basic hand tools

• Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week

• Ability to work in a team on a jobsite

• Remain drug free on the jobsite

• Reliable transportation
