CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Journeyman Plumbers for a new jail construction project in Fort Worth, TX, with additional nearby projects lined up. This is a strong opportunity for experienced plumbers who can lead small crews, read prints, and handle full commercial plumbing installations in a secure facility environment.

We are looking for plumbers who are comfortable working in jails or similar facilities and can take ownership of their work while helping drive production.

Work Scope Includes

• Performing commercial plumbing installations (underground, rough-in, trim-out)
• Installing PVC and copper piping systems
• Reading and working from plumbing blueprints
• Leading and coordinating a crew of 4–6 plumbers or helpers
• Maintaining production and quality standards on site
• Working across multiple nearby projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong commercial plumbing experience required
• Journeyman Plumber preferred (strong apprentices may be considered)
• Experience working in jails or secure facilities strongly preferred
• Ability to lead small crews and communicate effectively
• Experience with PVC and copper piping systems
• Ability to read and interpret plumbing blueprints
• Clean background required for site access
• Must bring all required plumbing hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
