CCS Construction Staffing is seeking Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanics with at least 3 years of sheet metal experience for an upcoming project in Midland, TX. We are hiring Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanics who can assist with duct installation and HVAC sheet metal work on active commercial jobsites. If you are a motivated Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanic with at least 3 years of experience and you take pride in your craft, we want to speak with you.

Pay Rate

Position Details

• Full time opportunity

• Minimum 40 hours per week

• Commercial construction environment

• Team based jobsite

Scope of Work

• Run and hang duct work

• Tie in duct work systems

• Hang fan powered boxes

• Install VAV units

• Assist with duct layout and installation

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

We are hiring Apprentice Sheet Metal Mechanics with at least 3 years of sheet metal experience who can assist with duct installation and maintain productivity on commercial HVAC projects.

Requirements

• Minimum at least 3 years of sheet metal experience

• Experience running and hanging duct work

• Experience tying duct systems together

• Experience installing VAV units and fan powered boxes

• Safety vest required

• Hard hat required

• Work boots required

• Own basic sheet metal hand tools

• Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week

• Ability to work in a team on a jobsite

• Remain drug free on the jobsite

• Reliable transportation
