This is a strong opportunity for a leader who can manage crews, coordinate daily electrical work, and keep production moving while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

We are looking for a foreman who can read prints, plan installations, and work alongside electricians while directing crews on an active jobsite.

Pay Rate
Competitive and based on foreman-level experience

Work Scope Includes

• Leading and coordinating commercial electrical crews
• Planning daily tasks and laying out work for electricians and apprentices
• Running and installing conduit and electrical systems as needed
• Pulling wire, setting panels, and installing fixtures when required
• Reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and layouts
• Coordinating work with project managers and other trades
• Maintaining safety, productivity, and jobsite organization

Requirements

• Proven commercial electrical foreman experience required
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical prints
• Experience managing crews and laying out electrical work
• Ability to work hands-on alongside the crew when needed
• Must bring electrical hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong leadership, communication, and professionalism
