Work Scope

Laborers will be working on commercial construction projects in Plano, TX.

Duties include:

• Operating a wacker packer (plate compactor) to compact dirt

• Assisting with site preparation and backfill compaction

• Moving and staging materials as directed

• Supporting skilled trades on site

• Maintaining clean and safe work areas

• Following all jobsite safety requirements

General Laborer Requirements

• Experience operating compacting equipment preferred

• Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the shift

• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a crew

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
