CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman for projects in Johns Island, SC and throughout the Charleston area. This role requires a strong leader who can work alongside the crew, lay out daily work, and keep production moving on active commercial jobsites.

We are looking for a foreman who can manage plumbers and top helpers, read prints confidently, and coordinate work with jobsite leadership while maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Work Scope Includes

• Leading and coordinating commercial plumbing crews
• Laying out daily tasks for plumbers and top helpers
• Reading and interpreting plumbing prints and project layouts
• Working alongside the crew to keep production moving
• Coordinating work with project managers and other trades
• Ensuring safety standards and jobsite productivity are maintained

Requirements

• Proven commercial plumbing foreman experience required
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience managing and laying out work for plumbing crews
• Ability to work hands-on alongside the team
• Must bring required plumbing hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to travel between job sites in the Charleston area as needed
• Strong leadership, communication, and professionalism
