Work Scope

Plumbers will be working on commercial construction projects in Johns Island, SC.

Duties include:

• Laying out work for plumbers and helpers

• Working directly with and leading a crew

• Reading and interpreting blueprints independently

• Coordinating daily tasks and workflow

• Overseeing rough-in and trim-out phases

• Ensuring work is completed safely and up to commercial standards

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED

• Proven ability to lead and direct crews

• Strong blueprint reading and layout experience

• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED

• Must bring required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Reliable transportation required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
