Work Scope

Plumber will be working on commercial construction projects in Laurel, MD.

Duties include:

• Full rough-in plumbing installation

• Reading and interpreting blueprints independently

• Installing water supply lines throughout the building

• Installing drain lines, waste stacks, and vent stacks tied back to sewer or storm systems

• Running pipe through structural elements

• Installing and adjusting hangers, straps, and supports to secure piping

• Performing pressure testing and leak testing

• Marking capped stub-outs accurately

• Coordinating with other trades and maintaining jobsite productivity

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED

• Strong rough-in experience on commercial projects

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints independently

• Must bring required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Background check REQUIRED

• Drug test REQUIRED

• Two forms of valid ID REQUIRED

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
