This project involves work on church and retail shop additions, with the potential for multiple future projects in the area if the current work is successful. Candidates should have extensive commercial plumbing experience, be comfortable working independently on all project aspects—from underground rough-ins and second rough-ins to fixture installation and demolition. The assignment is expected to last up to 12 months, providing a stable, long-term position for skilled plumbers ready to take on diverse responsibilities.

Scope of Work

• Install underground plumbing below slabs for commercial buildings
• Set fixtures and clean up work
• Perform rough-ins for plumbing systems
• Handle all aspects of project plumbing independently
• Collaborate with project team for successful completion
• Work scheduled at 6 am Monday through Friday over a 5-8s work schedule

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commercial plumbing
• Proven expertise in underground plumbing, fixture setting, and rough-ins
• Ability to work independently on multiple project phases
• Valid plumbing license or equivalent experience
• Willingness to work scheduled early mornings at 6 am
