We are looking for helpers with real HVAC or sheet metal experience who can assist the foreman and mechanics with duct installation, material handling, and copper brazing work on active commercial jobsites.

Work Scope Includes

• Assisting foreman and mechanics with HVAC sheet metal installation
• Moving and staging sheet metal materials on the jobsite
• Assisting with installation and hanging of duct systems
• Supporting sheet metal fabrication and assembly
• Assisting with copper brazing for HVAC piping systems
• Preparing materials, tools, and duct sections for installation
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite

Requirements

• HVAC or sheet metal helper experience preferred
• Experience assisting with duct installation or sheet metal work
• Ability to assist with copper brazing work
• Must bring basic hand tools
• Standard PPE required (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to take direction from foreman and mechanics
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
